Following a successful refurbishment of nine industrial units in 2016, we have now instructed the second phase of refurbishments.
A further £500,000 has been allocated and contractors are on site refurbishing 6 Units ranging in size from 3,000 sq ft to 19,000 sq ft.
This will take the total spend to circa £1.25m over the last 12 months covering 15 units and estate rebranding.
Within this second phase, we have 1 Hutton Square which extends to approximately 19,000 sq ft and has a large secure yard.
We also have 6 and 7 Maxwell Square which are circa 9,300 and 6,000 sq ft respectively. We’ll also be extending the yard areas to give more external storage space.
We have a comprehensive range of units available from 3,000 sq ft to 66,000 sq ft with units in most size ranges ready for immediate occupation.
